I’m a values-driven operational leader with more than 15 years of experience in management, governance, and building strong teams. I’m proud to now bring that experience to work that makes a real difference in every community.

Clarisse Brighouse
I’m a Registered Nurse with experience in mental health, aged care, hospital, and community nursing, including work alongside Aboriginal and other culturally diverse communities. In every setting, I’ve seen how easily people living with mental health challenges and their families can go unseen and unheard.
I believe every person deserves care that truly understands them, with their culture, identity, and values respected.
For anyone who feels unseen, unheard, or misunderstood, I want to be the voice that reminds them they matter, they belong, and they are never defined by their mental health.
