Alabaster Health provides registered nursing and disability support to NDIS participants and veterans across Greater Sydney.
Where the name comes from
Alabaster Health takes its name from the story of the woman with the alabaster jar — a symbol of compassion and healing. It’s a fitting namesake for a provider built on the belief that every participant deserves quality care delivered with genuine connection.
We support people from all cultures and backgrounds, because we believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive — in the life they’ve built, surrounded by what matters to them.

How we work
We listen first
Before we propose anything we want to understand the person, the household, their cultural background and what a good day actually looks like.
We match carefully
We put forward the specific workers or clinicians we think fit, and you meet them before they join your regular roster.
We stay and adjust
The same team continues, and we review with you on a regular cycle rather than waiting for something to go wrong.
The people who turn up
Our team includes registered and enrolled nurses, support workers and support coordinators. We match people on culture, language and goals as well as clinical need, and we keep the same team with you so you are not re-explaining your history every month.
We want to be known for the quality of our nursing and disability support. That standard is set by who we hire and how long they stay.
Where we work
We’re based in Western Sydney, and that’s where we’re most established. We service Greater Sydney and are expanding as we grow, if you’re outside Western Sydney, ask anyway and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can staff it well.
