Roles in detail
Open the role that fits you.
Registered and enrolled nurses delivering wound care, medication management, continence and complex health support in people’s homes. Current AHPRA registration required. Experience with high intensity supports is valued but we will train the right person.
You would carry a caseload rather than a shift queue, and you would see the same people long enough to notice when something changes.
Support workers helping with personal care, daily living and community participation, in individual homes and shared arrangements. Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience, a current driver licence, NDIS Worker Screening and a First Aid certificate.
We roster for consistency, so you would be with the same participants regularly rather than filling gaps across a roster you never see twice.
Support coordinators helping participants understand and use their NDIS plans, connect with providers and build their own capability. Experience with the NDIS is essential, and specialist support coordination requires relevant qualifications.
Our expectation is that you reduce how much coordination a person needs over time, not that you keep them dependent on the service.
